Whilst out fishing, you might find yourself connecting more with nature! Away from the concrete jungle, you could have time to reflect on the beauty of your surroundings. Being close to water, too, could have a calming effect on your mood.

6. Time to talk
A fishing adventure doesn’t have to be solitary! This might be a great time to spend a day catching up with friends in a beautiful environment. Away from the stress of everyday life, you could find that the time you spend together is of an even higher quality than normal.
