Here at The Insurance Emporium our aim is to protect the things that are important to you. Your passions are our passions, whether that’s horses, pets, caravans, photography, golf, cycling or fishing, we know how much these things matter – because they matter to us too and we want you to go out and enjoy these things, with our help.
With this in mind, we’re launching our ‘Good Things Happen’ awards so that we can celebrate the things that shape our lives and memories; from talented pets to favourite campsites, the best wedding proposals to your most liked local music venue, it’s time to recognise the people, pets, places and experiences that bring us happiness.
Nominations have opened and the closing date is 31st May 2026. Our panel of independent experts will choose the winners for a few select categories, and the rest will be voted for by the public between 3rd August and 11th September.
The categories are as follows:
Most Talented Pet / Best Trick
Most Talented Horse
Best Campsite
Best Wedding Proposal
Best Photograph
Best Sporting Achievement
Best Local Gig Venue
Best Student Union
Best Charitable Initiative
