This time around, we’ve caught up with our customer Kuniko, to hear more about her cat, Sen, and what led to her having to make a claim.
Background:
For the past 40 years, I’ve continuously lived with both cats and dogs, and I’ve always had pet insurance.
My first generation of five cats were all rescued from shelters when they were very young. Currently, I have one dog and two cats, also adopted from rescue centres as kittens and a puppy.
