This time around, we’ve caught up with our customer Helen, to hear more about her cat, Elmo, and what led to her having to make a claim.
Background:
I’ve had cats before; I got Elmo from the RSPCA after losing our last cat to a road traffic accident. Elmo had a twin sister, but we sadly lost her seven months after getting them both.
What’s your cat’s personality like and what are his favourite things to do?
Elmo has a very gentle personality and likes everyone.
How did you come to choose The Insurance Emporium?
I’ve always had pet insurance and chose The Insurance Emporium after searching on the internet, the price suited my budget, and I liked the choices of cover.
Helen’s experience with The Insurance Emporium:
I needed to claim following a nasty cat bite on Elmo’s front leg which became infected. Elmo had to be kept in overnight at the vets after an abscess had to be drained and he had a dangerously high temperature.
How did you find the claims process?
The claims process was very easy, I completed the claims forms as required, passed it to the vets who then sent it off. I was kept informed about the claim and the settlement.
I would recommend The Insurance Emporium as in my experience the choices of cover and claims experience was good.
Here at The Insurance Emporium, we have a range of pet insurance policies including cat, and senior cat. Take a look and get a free, no-strings quote today!
