This time around, we’ve caught up with our customer Janet, to hear more about her dog, and what led to her having to make a claim.
Background
Our dog is called Bryn; he’s 4 years old and he’s a Border Collie. We’ve had dogs before and we always have this type of dog, to us there’s no better breed.
What’s your dog’s personality and what are his favourite things to do?
He’s a very gentle boy, doesn’t like any trouble, he loves the grandchildren and his walks, of which he gets lots. He has his doggy friends who we walk with early in the morning out in the countryside and they all get on well, never any trouble at all.
Choosing pet insurance:
We’ve never had pet insurance before – you could say we are older and wiser these days. Our last dog was a rescue and had problems with tumours just after we got him, so we didn’t bother with any insurance after that, it’s a while ago now but I think we thought it would be very expensive to get him covered. As it turned out he didn’t have any more problems after that!
