With that in mind we’re delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted for Pet Insurance Provider of the Year at the Moneyfactscompare.co.uk Awards 2027. Having previously won Best Claims Service at the Moneyfacts 2026 awards, been highly commended for Pet Insurance Provider of the Year in 2025, Best Claims Service in 2024 and Pet Insurance Provider of the Year at the Moneyfacts 2023 awards, it’s wonderful that our services have been recognised again.
This award is also testament to the hard work and commitment of our team who strive to deliver outstanding customer service every single day, and who do their best to make sure that every customer gets the right policy for their individual needs. It makes us very proud to see them getting the recognition they deserve.
To help decide who wins the annual Moneyfactscompare.co.uk Awards, they are calling for you, the customers, to share your opinions on their survey, which will be used alongside their own analysis of the market. What’s more, everyone who completes the survey will automatically be entered into a prize draw to win a £1,000 cash prize, courtesy of Moneyfacts. A quarter of a million customers had their say in the survey last year, and respondents will be entered into a prize draw for a £1,000 prize for taking part.
The consumer survey opens on Monday 21st September 2026, and they must be submitted by midnight on 20th November 2026.
It’s always great to be recognised within the industry, but having our customers involved in this way makes it even better, because we know we wouldn’t be here without your support. So, we just wanted to take the opportunity to thank everyone who has trusted us with the things they love and chosen to insure with us this year, we aim to be with you for many years to come.
This competition is in no way affiliated or associated with The Insurance Emporium; it is being held by Moneyfacts Group. To enter the prize draw, you must be a resident in the UK and aged 18 or over. The prize draw is not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Moneyfacts Group. There is no charge for entering. Only one entry per survey section, per person, will be accepted. The closing date is midnight on Friday 20 November 2026, and entries received after this point will not be eligible for the prize draw. There is one prize of £1,000. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The prize draw will take place on Monday, 4th January 2027. The winner will be notified on or shortly after this date by telephone or email. If the prize is unclaimed or declined within a reasonable period, a supplementary winner may be drawn at Moneyfacts’ discretion and notified by telephone or email.
