This time around, we’ve caught up with our customer Jane, to hear more about her dog, Daisy, and what led to her having to make a claim.
Background:
I’ve always had a dog since being a child. We got Daisy, our current Yorkshire Terrier when she was 11 weeks old; she was in a litter of only three and as the other two were boys, we wanted a girl, I felt as though she was destined to be ours.
What’s your dog’s personality like and what are her favourite things to do?
She is an absolute delight. Very friendly and loving. She actually has amazing football skills. She loves her toys and has never ever destroyed any.
Choosing pet insurance:
Daisy is the first dog that we got pet insurance for as my previous yorkies had been older when they came to us. Being a puppy, we thought it would be a good idea.
How did you come to choose The Insurance Emporium?
We searched companies online and decided to go with The Insurance Emporium.
Jane’s experience with The Insurance Emporium:
Daisy was very poorly, and we had lots of vet visits including blood tests etc.
My dealings with The Insurance Emporium were very good. Everything was explained clearly and in a friendly manner. Always available to answer any questions I had.
The claim was dealt with fairly swiftly and luckily Daisy has made a full recovery.
Here at The Insurance Emporium, we have a range of pet insurance policies including dog, and senior dog. Take a look and get a free, no-strings quote today!
